A remake of the classic! We've taken our hand crafted Canned Albacore that revolutionized what canned tuna could be and made it one better. High in Omega 3 oils, we've given this beauty a light smoking to make a complex and truly spectacular treat.
As always, we only use Albacore from the North Pacific fleet who know how to treat their fish right. Bled and blast frozen at sea makes this fish Sashimi grade for our sushi customers. However, we love using a high quality tuna that is canned to perfection for everyone.
