The Troll Caught Difference

Troll Fishermen travel out to the open ocean to harvest wild salmon when they are in prime condition, and the natural oil content, color, and flavor are at their absolute peak. Each fish is caught selectively and individually by hook and line. They are stunned in the water to avoid bruising and scale loss, carefully brought aboard the vessel, bled, cleaned, and washed immediately. They are then stored below in flake ice or frozen at sea for delivery to the processing plant.

Bornstein's "Newport Troll" program produces a good supply of fresh troll caught salmon from May to September.
