Salmon (Fresh)
Bornstein's offers both troll and net caught WILD salmon from the cold Pacific Ocean ranging from northern California to Alaska. Puget Sound harvests are available as well. They are available fresh in season, fresh-frozen, and frozen-at-sea. Salmon are sold in dressed head-on, dressed head-off, fillets and portions. With Bornstein's flexibility we are able to help customers with various specifications tailored to fit their needs. King SalmonWild king salmon ranges in size from just under seven pounds to over 30 pounds. Kings meat color can be red or ivory white. Wild king salmon is caught by fishermen from as far south as California up north to Alaska. King salmon is available fresh, fresh-frozen and frozen-at-sea. California, and Russia. Chum SalmonAlso known as keta salmon, Chum salmon is a readily abundant species of wild salmon.
