Bornstein Fisherman Stew Frustrated with other seafood soups, Jay Bornstein wanted a stew that had so much seafood in it you couldn’t find a spoonful without it. Thus, the Fisherman Stew was born. Our stew is fully loaded with chunks of wild salmon, rock fish, calamari, prawns, cod, and cold water shrimp from our "on the water" processing facilities. We combine our seafood with a rich blend of tomatoes, spices, vegetables, garlic, kalamata olives, onions, and over 15 other high quality ingredients to produce a classic Mediterranean seafood flavored stew. Makes a great hearty meal by itself, or when combined with rigatoni pasta it becomes a great entree that will serve up to four people.
